Hypno-Gogo is an anthology that I hope to be releasing on a regular basis. This being the first volume. Hypnagogia is the experience of the transitional state from wakefulness to sleep. So this anthology is an attempt at unscrambling the fragmented ideas that spew out before I go to bed. All the stupid junk that gets jammed in during the day leaks out at night and this is my best crack at trying to articulate these thoughts.

Mai Tai

A symbol of post war colonial tourism, this cocktail is synonymous with fat white arsehole’s swanning about the world getting whatever they want. This story is about one such arsehole and about a pleasure deep dive that goes too deep. Constantly chasing an optical high, a giant baby man gets too close to the pulsing pleasure god that fuels his addiction.

With no dialogue the whole story is silent, which I hope brings out some interesting interpretations of the ending.
